Legal
In short
Coaching is a structured conversation. It is not therapy, medical care or legal advice, and it does not replace any of them.
Asking for a session is a request, not a booking — a session exists once I confirm a time in writing.
The writing and images here are mine; read and quote them freely with attribution. What you send me stays yours.
This site is run by Oksana Yarosh, trading as Sana Yara, from Woodstock, GA, USA. Using the site means accepting what follows; if you do not accept it, please do not use the site.
This is integrative personal coaching: a structured conversation aimed at clarity and choice.
It is not psychotherapy, not medical or mental-health care, not a diagnosis, and not legal or financial advice. I am not a licensed psychologist, counsellor, social worker or therapist, and nothing here should be read as implying otherwise. Nothing here treats or cures a condition.
If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency service. In the United States you can reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and what follows from them. No particular outcome is promised, because none can honestly be.
Asking for a session through the form is a request. A session exists once I confirm a time in writing.
The typical session length is 50 minutes. Sessions are offered in packages, with pricing and details of what each package includes available in the Pricing section of the current site.
A session may be moved or cancelled without charge up to 36 hours before the session starts.
Payment in full is due in U.S. dollars before the first paid working session (the discovery session is free of charge), but no later than 48 hours prior to the session. Payment can be made via PayPal, Wise, Zelle, or Venmo. Any applicable provider fees are paid by the Client.
Prices shown on the site are indicative until confirmed for your booking.
What you say in a session stays between us, except where the law requires disclosure or there is a serious risk of harm. Coaching does not carry the legal privilege that attaches to a licensed therapist or a lawyer — better that you know it before you rely on it.
Please use it lawfully: no attempts to break or overload it, no reaching for parts that are not yours, nothing unlawful through the forms.
The writing, images, brand and design here are mine and remain so. Read them, quote them with attribution, link to them freely. Republishing them as your own, or using them to train a commercial model, needs written permission. Anything you send me stays yours; you give me only the permission needed to read it and reply.
The site is offered as it stands. I do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and a link to another site is not an endorsement of it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any claim connected with the site or a session is limited to what you paid me for that session. Some places do not allow such limits, in which case they simply do not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the State of Georgia, United States of America. If you are a consumer located outside Georgia, nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.
These terms may change; the date below says when they last did, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version. How your information is handled is in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
