In short
If you write to me through the form, I keep your name, your email address and your message — so that I can reply. Nothing else.
I do not sell anything about you, I do not advertise to you, and I do not track you around the internet. Statistics are optional and off until you agree to them.
Ask me at sanayara.pro@gmail.com and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form, no conditions.
This site is run by Oksana Yarosh, trading as Sana Yara, from Woodstock, GA, USA. Anything on this page, or any request about your information, goes to sanayara.pro@gmail.com.
When you ask for a session. Your name, your email address and what you write in the message. The form asks for nothing else, and nothing else is stored.
When you simply read. My host keeps ordinary server logs — which page was requested and when — so the site can be kept running and secure. If you agree to statistics, page views are counted without cookies and without building a profile that follows you anywhere else.
Please keep health details and other sensitive matters out of the form. Coaching is not therapy and a web form is not a clinical record; anything of that nature belongs in the conversation itself.
A few service providers handle it on my behalf, each under a contract that limits them to what I ask and forbids using it for themselves:
Named by what they do rather than by brand, so this page stays readable and does not quietly go out of date. Write to me and I will tell you exactly which companies they are.
Nobody else receives it. I do not sell it and I do not share it for advertising.
A session request stays while the enquiry is live and for a while afterwards, so a conversation you return to can be picked up rather than started again. After that it is deleted. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will.
A copy of what I hold about you. A correction. Deletion. That I stop using it for something. Write to sanayara.pro@gmail.com and I will do it within a month, usually much sooner.
I offer this to everyone who asks, wherever they live, rather than only where a statute compels it. A practice this size falls under the thresholds of the US state privacy laws, and I am in the United States rather than in Europe — but that seems a poor reason to refuse someone a copy of their own words.
Georgia law requires anyone holding personal information to tell the people affected if it is exposed in a security breach. If that ever happened here, I would write to you.
This site is meant for adults, is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. Tell me if you believe a child has sent me something and I will remove it.
When this page changes, the date below changes with it. See also the Cookie Policy and the Terms of Use.
