Some browsers and privacy extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal on your behalf. This site treats it as a "no": nothing optional runs and you are not asked again. You can still say "yes" deliberately with the button above.
Because asking is the honest thing to do, and because it costs you nothing to say "no". Nothing optional runs before you answer, refusing takes exactly as many clicks as agreeing, and nothing is ticked for you in advance.
